Designed as an authentic replacement for the original K2F magneto, as fitted to many British pre unit twins, but with modern electronic internals. Ideal for owners looking to upgrade to Electronic Ignition and 12 volt electrics on magneto alternator models, while still preserving the original appearance of the motorcycle. The K2F Ignition housing is CNC manufactured from solid billet alloy in the UK, with a rumbled surface finish to replicate the original cast alloy magneto body. Internally designed to accept the WW61495 Micro-MK1 Ignition Kit with it's unique compact billet stator design. The ignition trigger wiring exits the body via hollow dummy Lucas HT pick ups, wiring conduit can be used to replicate HT leads with the ignition pack, and coil(s) hidden either under the tank or dual seat.Mported from Europe, made in Czech Republic for Wassell of UK. Seems VERY well made, and the price sure is right. Instructions pretty straightforward, hopefully not too difficult for a'real' Triumph rider. Module unit is quite small, mean to zip-tie in place, can mount most anywhere.
Everything else bolts in as stock, aside from the 6V coils required. Ignition is European manufactured exclusively for Wassell using premium quality components, with a unique billet stator plate design (CNC manufactured stator/trigger).
Our stator plates have all component parts fully encapsulated in resin to avoid these issues. Super compact module design for easy mounting, also incorporates multi pin wiring connectors, so the ignition pack can be removed from your wiring loom for maintenance. Supplied boxed and with full installation instructions. I will answer questions promptly, good luck and thanks for looking.
