Gets rid of that heavy fender and looks awesome. License plate catches the rain, if you're a rainy day rider. Here in Seattle, we have to be... You'll have to get a new tail light.
Make sure it is "no bracket" for mounting on a vertical surface. It's a good opportunity to get new turn signals, as you'll be cutting and resplicing them anyhow. Or you can totally reuse your stock turn signals, and toss that black spacer in the trash while you're at it. For a brake light, I would recommend Guzzi Tech, or Dime City Cycles search "lucas style no bracket" or "slim cats eye no bracket". This part also features a large space for tool storage.
It's a 1/2 high railing around the top of the fender that easily holds a very complete tool kit. The part fits 2008 through 2019 V7, V7II, and V7III Moto Guzzi bikes. The part is mutually exclusive with the plastic cowling number plate on the Racers - you can have one, or the other, but not both. I've heard reports that it's totally possible. But the reports are not consistent, and I didn't see it with my own eyes... It's better just to tell you it won't fit both. I think most people tossed that plastic cowling in the garbage the first time they took the bike home though.We have a few holes pre-drilled but it's easy enough to drill new holes if you wanted turn signals in a different place.
