An all new design concept from the Black Widow Performance Department. We have overhauled the original design using the latest advancements in exhaust design.

Upgraded central collector section, larger bore with a streamlined gas flow. Larger diameter down pipes for maximum internal gas flow. Rear pipes now connect in a more stable/stronger position with easier fitment.

Upgraded modern spring fit design, deletes the requirement for gaskets/clamps for the downpipes to collector. Compatible with both carburetor and fuel injected models. Lambda sensor (O2 sensor) mounts are located in the same position as the original, blanking bolts are included for non lambda sensor models.

Improves both the performance and sound of your VFR800. No re-jetting or modifications required. This is a fit and ride exhaust. Made from 304 grade stainless steel, 1.5mm thick pipe wall, endures the harshest of riding conditions while delivering optimum performance.

Accepts the original Honda VFR800 silencer, Black Widow silencer or any aftermarket silencer you are using on your Honda down pipes/collector. Allows you to keep and use the original Honda centre stand/main stand.

Four engine port gaskets included, springs fitted with anti vibration rubber sleeves. THESE DO NOT FIT THE VTECH MODEL WITH UNDERSEAT SILENCERS/MUFFLERS. Others may try and duplicate what we make, If it is not made by Black Widow it is not a Black Widow. Our collector will not make contact with fairing panels, radiator hoses or cause interference with the rear brake lever. After an exhaustive 18 months of R&D we believe we have made the best collector ever designed for your VFR800. Silencer / muffler length & noise level explained. Our shortest and lightest silencers. Designed for an aggressive sound (removable baffle). Intermediate silencers for a higher sound level than OEM (removable baffle). Slightly smaller and lighter than most OEM silencers / mufflers.

Designed to be slightly louder and less restrictive than the original (removable baffle). Road legal for the UK with the baffle in place. 2 day courier deliveries to Northern Ireland, 2-3 days to remote areas of the UK such as the Scottish Highlands & Islands. Isle of Wight and Isle of Man.
